Security perimeters around the Olympic and Paralympic venues and the Olympic village
Operation of the perimeters around the Olympic and Paralympic venues and the Olympic Village
To guarantee the safety of pedestrians and cyclists, while ensuring that social, economic and cultural activities run as smoothly as possible, four perimeters have been set up:
The grey perimeter : the organiser’s perimeter is activated from the construction of the site to its dismantling.
The black perimeter : the protection perimeter (or SILT, Internal Security and the Fight against Terrorism) is implemented during major events.
The red perimeter : this perimeter prohibits motorised road traffic unless specific exemptions are granted.
The blue perimeter : the blue perimeter regulates motorised road traffic.
